Athletes will be encouraged to work hard to achieve their best through positive reinforcement.  Athletes in this program are 4.5 to 6 years old and train between 6 and 9 hours per week.

The advanced level of the Developmental Program (G2) focuses on progressive skill acquisition with an emphasis on physical and artistic preparation. Athletes will be encouraged to work hard to achieve their best through positive reinforcement. Excelling athletes may be streamed into the Women’s Competitive Program.  Athletes in this group are 6 to 7 years old and train between 9 and 12 hours per week.During the course of the season, the curriculum involves participation in two to four meets, depending upon their level.

During the course of the season, the athletes  will participate in two to four additional activities that include physical testing and evaluation.
